Chanakya says that if a person wants to become rich, he must keep certain things in mind. If you don’t take care of these things, even a rich person can become poor.

Chanakya made Chandragupta Maurya emperor of India based on his policies. He also made certain policies for the happy life of man and to remove the miseries. By adopting these policies, he can reach the pinnacle of success. In one of those policies he said that if a person wants to get rich, he must take into account certain things. If these things are not taken care of, even a rich person can become poor. Let’s find out what Chanakya said.
1. Do not apply sandalwood in this way: As Acharya Chanakya said in his Niti, we should not grind sandalwood with a grinding stone to apply sandalwood to God during worship. Grinding sandalwood for God should always be kept separately and the same sandalwood should not be applied to our Body. Lord Indra said that if sandalwood is applied to a stone, your wealth will also be destroyed. Therefore, sandalwood must be anointed to God daily.
2. The life expectancy of such people decreases: Chanakya has said that even if you forget, do not make enemies with those who are more powerful than you. By doing this, one has to face many problems in life, which also shortens life. Also, Lakshmi would never stay with such people. A wise man never makes enmity with a powerful man, but defeats him by making him a friend. A person who is able to do this is called a sage and his wealth also increases.
3. Increase wealth: A rich person should always be serious and should not forget to keep more money safe. The work of money must always be done for the well-being of people, it will increase their wealth and prestige. The money of those who have money never stays with them and is gradually destroyed. Money should be used for good deeds, so that wealth increases.
4. Lakshmi leaves like this: Chanakya concludes by saying that Lakshmi does not stay long with someone who abandons the path of Dharma and indulges in adharma. He understands that when a person who follows the path of dharma starts earning more money, the time of Lakshmi’s departure from that person will come as soon as the end of hers will not be good either. Therefore, if a person is unaware at this time, his wealth will surely be destroyed.
According to Chanakya, if a person possesses the above qualities, no matter how rich he is, he will become poor in an instant. Those who want wealth and money in life should adopt the above practice.
