The fictitious toll collection location was situated on private property. For a continuous period of one and a half years, it utilized to charge toll costs at half the usual rate in an attempt to defraud the district’s high-ranking government officials, local police enforcement, and civilians. According to the study, for over a year, private landowners in Morbi have been defrauding all passengers out of hundreds of rupees every day.
