Jio Cinema recently released a short 30-second video on its social media channels on YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram. He took a look at the web series and movies that will be shown in June 2023. Currently, everything is free. Here’s a look at the movies and TV shows Jio Cinema has planned for the coming month:

Asur 2 debuted on the Jio Cinema OTT platform on June 1, that is, today. Set in the mystical city of Varanasi, Asur follows forensic expert-turned-teacher Nikhil Nair as he returns to his roots at the Central Bureau of Investigation and teams up with his former boss Dhananjay Rajpoot to hunt down a brutal serial killer. What happens next is a mixture of mystery, mythology, and the murders of some people who aren’t even connected.

Mumbaikar, starring Vikrant Massey and Vijay Sethupathi, is all set for OTT release. The story is based on the lives of people in Mumbai, which includes their happiness, drama, fun, and romance that intertwine their lives. The film decides to be distributed directly to the OTT platform and its digital streaming partner was selected.

Mumbaikar will mark its release on the Jio Cinema OTT platform on June 2, 2023 and fans are already excited for its cast.

Bloody Daddy starring Shahid Kapoor is one of the most anticipated movies that will mark its release on Jio Cinema. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bloody Daddy also stars Sanjay Kapoor, Diana Penty, Ronit Roy, Rajeev Khandelwal, Ankur Bhatia and Vivan Bhatena in pivotal roles. It is the adaptation of the 2011 French film Sleepless Night, which in turn was remade in Tamil as Thoongaa Vanam (2015), starring Kamal Haasan.

Bloody Daddy is scheduled to be released for free on June 9, 2023 on JioCinema.

The second season of Crackdown 2 is currently streaming on Jio Cinema. It debuted on OTT platform on May 25, 2023. Crackdown 2 is an Indian spy thriller web series directed by Apoorva Lakhia and starring Saqib Saleem in the lead role.
