IJBOL! Pakistani Man Claims Earth Doesn't Rotate In Viral Video, Internet Exits The Chat

Remember when you were a kid and you were learning about the planets and the solar system? We were taught that Earth revolves around the sun in a counterclockwise direction from west to east.

This is what results in day and night at various times in different places on Earth. But a man in Pakistan doesn’t think so, and he elaborated his thoughts in a video that is now going viral. Watch it below.

A video that is presently going viral shows a Pakistani man speaking to a reporter. What has people shocked is man’s logic behind it, which has entirely violated scientific rules.

On X, formerly Twitter, a user named ‘Krishna’ posted the clip. In it, the man can be seen addressing the reporter directly. When questioned if the world is flat or round, the man says it is stuck in one place and does not move.

When asked how a lunar eclipse occurs, the man answers that the moon circles the Earth. According to him, not only the moon but even the sun revolves around the earth, leading to day and night, and weather changes.

The video made the internet chuckle

Since it was posted, the video has had over 513K views. People in the comments section had a field day.

A man suggested, “Don’t burn books. Let them learn what’s good for them. Anyway, they don’t need engineers, China will be building whatever they want over there.”

“Commenting on this video would be a waste of time. Brother, the Earth is flat..🤣🤣. However, I can’t refrain from commenting because I came across another video in the morning asserting that India is deceiving, and they never went to the moon… This is possible due to such misguided knowledge,” another added.

Meanwhile, a video of Pakistan’s news anchors had previously gone viral. The anchors were shown in the film hailing India for the success of ‘Chandrayaan-3.’

The TV channel praised India’s space programme, but what made the video go viral on social media was their unique approach to self-reflection, which, indeed, split Indians.

The video is from a programme on Geo Pakistan, Pakistan’s Geo News broadcast, in which hosts Huma Amir Shah and Abdullah Sultan discussed the issues of growing inflation and its impact on the poor.

During this time, they talked of India’s moon conquest. While addressing the prevalent problems, the female anchor remarked in Hindi, “While India has left its mark on the moon, here we are… grappling with internal conflicts and relatively trivial matters.”
