A new suicide of change

Near St. Paul’s Cathedral in New Change, City of London, a man died after falling from a height. His death came just hours after the body of a woman was discovered Thursday in an apartment in Elephant and Castle. The man who appeared to have jumped from the top at 8:43 pm knew the deceased woman. Despite the best efforts of the public and medical personnel, the 31-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. Police were summoned to a flat on Elephant Road, above Sainsbury’s, earlier on Thursday around 4pm in response to reports of disturbances. The body of a 27-year-old woman was found with serious injuries; she was pronounced dead on the spot.
