In Delhi, Sharmaji’s chaat is also well-known. Sharma ji, the Nehru Place chaat vendor, has been in business for quite some time.

Narration of Sharma Ji Chaat Bhandar is no longer required. Foodies fell in love with it due to its distinct flavor. He’s now a millionaire since he sold so many Dahi Bhallas. 

He is sometimes referred to as Crorepati Bhallawala. Sharma ji often arrives in his BMW to set up shop.

There’s always a line of diners here because Sharma ji’s chaat is so delicious. 

The public now calls him Crorepati Dahi Bhalle waale.

Instead of renting a business, he loads the store’s products into his car and sets up a food stand with this small table. Those who come to this market to shop never go empty handed.

In Nehru Place, Sharmaji opens his shop on a table. He brings many boxes of whipped curd and prepares Dahi Bhalla at home beforehand. Sharma ji puts curd and ice in the center of each of these balls. 

When did he start?

When it comes time to serve Dahi Bhalla, he uses a dish garnished with curd and his special spice blend.

Mukesh Kumar Sharma has run this food business since 1989.

He maintains that his spices, which he prepares by hand, contain the essence of flavor. He used to sell Dahi Bhalla for only Rs 2 a plate, but now it costs Rs 40.
