The Kerala Story OTT Release Date: Adah Sharma, starring in ‘The Kerala Story’, has performed exceptionally well at the box office and has received a lot of love from the audience despite being surrounded by controversy. The OTT rights to ‘The Kerala Story’ have reportedly been bought by a leading streaming platform.

The History of Kerala OTT Launch Date:

Zee5 has reportedly bought the OTT rights of ‘The Kerala Story’ and the film is reported to be released online in June 2023. The official OTT release date of the film has yet to be announced.

Meanwhile, ‘The Kerala Story’ has joined Rs 200 crore at box office. According to the sacnilk website, ‘The Kerala Story’ grossed around Rs 2.10 crore or so at the box office on its fourth Monday. Its total box office take now stands at Rs 227.07 crore approximately.

Adah Sharma recently wrote a note to the audience for making ‘The Kerala Story’ a hit. She wrote: “Badhai ho to you, to all of us… #TheKeralaStory success is all yours. ‘The Kerala Story’ has been declared duty free in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh. Speaking about the decision, the Deputy CM of Uttar Pradesh said, “Making ‘The Kerala Story’ tax free is a very good decision. I want the people of Uttar Pradesh to see this film and understand how our sisters have suffered. we will also go see the film. People in West Benegal will not accept the ban on this film.”

If a film has been made tax free, it does not mean that the tickets will be available for free. It means the state has waived the entertainment tax lien and tickets will be available at a discount.
