This temple is built in South-Dravidian style. It took 39 years to build it. A huge 11-foot-tall gold urn is also installed at the top end of the temple, adding to its beauty.

The belief behind the Jatoli temple is that in mythological times, Lord Shiva came here and stayed here for some time. Later Siddha Baba Sri Sri 1008 Swami Krishnanand Paramhans came here and did penance. The construction of the Jatoli Shiva temple started only with the guidance and direction of him. There is also a cave of Swami Krishnanand in the corner of the temple.
