Urvashi Rautela has reportedly invested in a new property located in the Juhu area of Mumbai, next to Yash Chopra’s house.
Social media personality and actress Urvashi Rautela has reportedly moved into her new house located in the Juhu area of Mumbai. The luxurious four-story house is next door to the home of the late filmmaker Yash Chopra and is worth Rs 190 crores.
The actor’s new home has tons of lavish amenities including a luxurious garden, personal gym, and huge backyard space. The actress shares a wall with the popular Chopra bungalow formerly owned by Yash Chopra’s late wife Pamela Chopra, who passed away earlier this year.

According to a Hindustan Times report, the actress moved into her new home without making a fuss about her investment around three years ago. However, if she has rented it or bought the property, it remains under the covers.
The Juhu area of Mumbai is known as the residential hub of Bollywood celebrities and is one of the most expensive areas of the city. The actor was looking for his dream house for seven or eight months straight. Various reports claim that she had interests in a bungalow called Celeste which was located within the Lokhandwala Complex.

However, Urvashi Rautela wanted to join the big league of celebrities residing in Juhu, where actors like Amitabh Bachchan live in Jalsa, Kajol and Ajay Devgn in Shivshakti, John Abraham in Villa in the Sky and Hrithik Roshan resides in Mannat Apartments. Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna also have their beachfront bungalow in the same neighborhood while Anil Kapoor also resides in the same area.

Talking about Urvashi Rautela’s work front, the actress was recently spotted on the red carpet of the 76th Cannes Film Festival, after which she also attended the IIFA Awards in Abu Dhabi. The actress was last seen in Akhil Akkineni’s Telugu film ‘Agent’ where she had a guest appearance in a song titled ‘Wild Saala’.
Urvashi Rautela became a popular face after winning the title of Miss Diva Universe in 2015. She then made her acting debut with Sunny Deol’s ‘Singh Saab The Great’ in 2013 and thus appeared in a handful of movies. which include ‘Sanam Re’, ‘Great Grand Masti’, ‘Hate Story 4’ and ‘Pagalpanti’ as well. She was also seen in ‘Mr Airavata’ which marked her Kannada debut while her first Tamil film was released in 2022 titled ‘The Legend’.
